Yuchi Language Project | Philanthropic Strategy & Organizational Capacity Building: Serve as fractional Director of Advancement, helping secure millions in philanthropic funding and mission-aligned financing to support Indigenous land rematriation, language revitalization, and community development. Also support organizational growth through financial and operational systems, hiring, and organizational development.

Full Spectrum Labs | Project Management & Systems Design: Managed program design and implementation processes for collaborative philanthropic initiatives, including developing data systems, designing operational workflows, and managing coordination across multiple partners.

Native Organizers Alliance | Native Organizing Strategy & Organizational Systems: Developed a funder-facing Native Organizing Plan to increase philanthropic investment in Native-led grassroots electoral organizing. Designed internal data and operational systems and provided organizational advising.

Movement Voter Project | Funder Organizing & Systems Design: Developed the 2022 Native Organizing Plan, curated the Native Voter Fund, and designed internal systems to support grantmaking, budgeting, donor advising, and organizational knowledge management.

Facilitating Power | Organizational Design: Supported organizational design, hiring, and operational infrastructure for a growing network of facilitators advancing community-driven solutions.

Birth Center Equity | Grantmaking Systems & Operations: Designed and implemented grantmaking infrastructure, including a grantee portal, internal workflows, automations, and staff training for a national network of BIPOC-led birth centers.

Justice Capital | Systems Design: Designed a CRM, internal team interface, and investee portal for an emerging investment fund and accelerator supporting community-led economic development.
